Security | Activating a User
Overview
User profiles are automatically made inactive when a user has five incorrect login attempts. The user profile can be made active again on the User Profiles Screen or the Activate Users Screen.

Navigation Path
User Profiles Screen
Navigate > Config > Security > User Profiles.
Activate Users Screen
Navigate > Config > Security > Activate Users Screen.

User Profile Screen
Select the user from the user list.
If the users' status is "Inactive" change it to "Active" and save your changes to activate the user.
Activate Users Screen
Select the tick box for the inactive user and click on the "Activate" button.
