The system offers you a selection of reports to reconcile and utilise the payroll output. This article clarifies the report parameters when generating a report.

NextGen or Classic
The Classic version is the name given to the previous look and feel of the system. Important to note, both NextGen and Classic point to the same database. No data migration is therefore applicable.

Select the category heading to expand and collapse each section.
Parameters
Each report has a set of parameters to provide flexibility in terms of the reporting information required. The system enables you to select more than one field in a report parameter e.g. multiple components may be selected to be included in the report.
