The system offers a selection of reports to reconcile and utilise the payroll output. Reports are sorted in sections and can be extracted from the Reports Screen.

The Reports Screen can be sorted by selecting any of the headings, to expand the options click on the heading to view the Report options.

Report Parameters
Each report has a set of parameters to provide flexibility in terms of the reporting information required.

Searching Employee Dynamic Fields
To simplify searching for an Employee Dynamic Field, select
Ctrl C.
Report Parameters: Final Comments
The system enables you to select more than one field in a report parameter, e.g. multiple components may be selected to be included in the report.
You can extract some reports for only one employee.
