The Incident Management Screen enables you to create and maintain incident history for individual employees.
Edition
This feature is only available on the Master edition.
Navigation Path
Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Incident Management
Ensure that the correct
employee is selected.

Comments
- A variety of different incident types to best describe a specific scenario, are available, for example, grievance, review, disciplinary, to name a few.
- The type of incident you select, will determine the fields to follow.
- For all types of incidents, you can upload an attachment. The maximum size of an attachment is 8Mb.
- Incidents can be grouped together to associate the events that formed part of the same process.
Example: Adding an Incident Type
Nicolas Cage’s manager held a discussion with him to discuss his standard of performance. The HR Administrator wants to log the details on the system.
Complete the required details and then click on
Save.

A month later, Nicholas and his manager have a follow up conversation. The HR Administrator accesses Nicolas’ record to capture the feedback from the review.
Click on
Link New on the History Grid to group the incidents together.
Complete the required details and then click on
Save.

Since the HR Administrator selected
Link New when the review details were added, the two incidents are now grouped together.

To extract a list of incidents between specified dates, print the Incident Management Report.
Navigate > Reports > Reports > Standard Classic > Category heading: HR
Complete the Incident Management Report Parameters and select to execute the report.
