The Employee Dependants Screen stores next of kin information as well as medical aid dependants. The list of dependants will reflect on the screen when saved.
Tip
The Employee Dependants Screen is included in the Add New Employee Workflow.
Edition
This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.
Navigation Path
Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Dependants
Ensure that the correct
employee is selected.

When adding a new employee, once the dependants have been added, click on
5. Position Details to proceed with the workflow.
To add a dependant, click on
+ Dependant.
The Employee Dependants Sub Screen: Child
Tip
When adding an employee, you can continue with the workflow without completing the Employee Dependants Screen. Simply click on
5. Position Details to continue.
