About

Biographical information of the employee is recorded on the Basic Profile Screen.  The Basic Profile Screen comprises of five subdivisions:
  1. Employee Details
  2. Personal
  3. Contact Details
  4. Addresses
  5. Exemptions and Other
Tip
The Basic Profile Screen is included in the Add New Employee Workflow.

Edition

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.

Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile 

Ensure that the correct employee is selected.

Employee Details

When adding a new employee,  all five subdivisions need to be completed and saved to proceed with the workflow.
