About

The Asset Register Screen enables you to keep record of the company’s assets, by adding an asset register on each relevant employee’s profile.

Edition

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.

Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Asset Register


Ensure that the correct employee is selected.

Adding an Asset

Click on +Asset to start the action of adding an asset.

Once the record of the asset has been saved, the details will display on screen.

The Asset Register Report

To extract the assets captured on the payroll, print the Asset Register Report.  

Navigate > Reports > Reports > Standard Classic > Category Subheading: HR

Select the Asset Register Report Parameters and select to execute.
