Important Information

Summary of Employee Details
You can click on the employee’s name to view a summary reference of the employee’s details.

Tips
  1. You are unable to move between frequencies from the Location Menu when the Employee Top Menu option has been selected.
  2. While busy with payroll processing activities, you have the option to select a frequency and/or consolidate frequencies e.g. printing reports, posting bulk entries for employees.
  3. When searching for an employee, the system will search across all frequencies e.g. you do not need to change to the weekly frequency before searching for a weekly employee.  The weekly frequency will automatically be selected when selecting a weekly employee.
