Namibia: Is Workman's Compensation a statutory requirement on Payroll?
Currently, the company contribution is not defined as a statutory requirement on the system.
Users may add the payroll component and specify the relevant percentage to apply within the calculation.
Navigate to Config > Payroll > Payroll Components
The Workmens Compensation Company Contribution component can be added to the list of active components.
Two note components will automatically be active and statutory for companies, and if the company contribution component is not utilized, the note components will have no affect towards payroll.
