Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Configuration

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security system that requires more than one authentication method from independent categories of credentials to verify your identity. We have implemented several methods to do this and keep you secure.

Routine:

Click on the icon with your initials in the top right corner > Settings > MFA



Alert
Depending on your organization's policies, this may be required.

Google Authentication
Google Authenticator is a free MFA app that allows you to use a time-sensitive code to verify your identity. This requires a smartphone with the Google Authenticator app installed. It can be downloaded from your phone's app store.

Email Authentication
This is an alternative option. Please contact your HR department to confirm that your email address is up to date.
