Details

  • Title:
    Insert the title of the template that will identify the review.

  • Description:
    Provide a detailed description of the template, explaining its purpose and use.

  • Effective Date:
    This template will be effective as of October 27, 2024.

  • Status:
    Select the current status of the template (e.g., "active," "inactive," or another available option).

  • Scoring Scale:
    Define the scale that will be used to score the assessments.

Additional Options

  • Allow manual weighing?
    Indicate whether manual weighing of assessments is allowed. (Yes/No)

  • Allow an Off-Scale Score?
    Determine if it is possible to assign a score that does not fit the established scale. (Yes/No)

  • Allow Template Editing at the Employee Level?
    Specify whether the template can be edited at the employee level. (Yes/No)

  • Should This Template Be Attached to a Company Process?
    Inform if it is mandatory for the template to be linked to a business process. (Yes/No)

  • Allow the "Manager" Grader Type to View Other Graders' Scores?
    Set whether managers can view scores given by other raters. (Yes/No)

  • Inheritance of Succession Planning Questions for the "Manager" Evaluator Type?
    Indicate whether succession planning questions should be inherited for managers. (Yes/No)

  • Show Evaluator Details in the Assessment Summary Report?
    Determine whether information about the evaluator should be displayed in the summary report. (Yes/No)

  • Prevent the "Manager" Evaluator Type from Evaluating until the Personal Evaluator has Completed?
    Specify whether managers should wait for the personal evaluator to complete before taking their evaluations. (Yes/No)

  • Make Comments Mandatory in All Sections?
    Indicate whether comments should be required in all parts of the assessment. (Yes/No)

  • Standard Scale for Employee KPA Questions:
    Select the standard scale that will be used for KPA (Key Performance Areas) questions.

  • Label Name for Evaluation When Section Is Marked as Manual:
    Set a name for the label that will be displayed when the section is marked as manual.

  • Assessment Compact View:
    Indicate whether a compact assessment view should be used. (Yes/No)
