Mauritius | Why are the CSG components not displayed on an eligible employee's payslip?

The CSG components may not be reflected on an employee's (no exemption) payslip (no exemption), because their Date Of Birth has been incorrectly entered (eg. displaying as 1 year old) and the system does not calculate CSG for a minor.

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile > Employee > Exemptions and Other

       

Update their date of birth so the calculation can be initiated accordingly, which will result in the CSG components reflecting on the payslip.

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile > Personal
