Maintaining a User Profile
Once a User Profile has been created, the access of the user can be changed by editing their User Profile. Changes can include the Security Role, the Companies and/or Frequencies the user has access to. This screen can also be used to change the status of the user either to Active or Inactive.
This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.
Navigate > Config > Security > User Profiles
Once a User Profile has been added, it will reflect on the User List Grid at the bottom of the screen. Select the User Profile for changes that need to be applied to the Users Profile.

Select the User Profile to expand the Users profile:
Select Security Role Access to define the Security Role that the User has access to.
Select Company & Frequency Access to define the company and frequencies that the User has access to.

Why does a company or Business partner level user not have access to a specific frequency?
