All users,including employees, administrators, managers and business partners, access the system through a secure login page. Login details are allocated during the initial registration.

NextGen or Classic
The Classic version is the name given to the previous look and feel of the system. Important to note, both NextGen and Classic point to the same database. No data migration is therefore applicable.

This feature is available on Lite, Premier and Master.
Accessing the System
Complete the Email Address and select Next.
Complete the Password and select Login.
Select Reset Password if you have forgotten your password. The system will reset and allocate a new password which will be sent to your e-mail address. If five incorrect password/e-mail combinations are attempted, the account will be locked. The account will have to be activated by the Company Level User before before selecting this option.
