Kenya - Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act, 2024
The Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act
2024 was published on April 26, 2024. This Act introduces various statutory
changes, including an important update to the Industrial Training Act, Cap. 237
(NITA). The deadline for remitting contributions to NITA has been extended from
the 5th to the 9th of the following month. This adjustment aims to streamline
the submission process, aligning it with other statutory deductions that are
also due by the 9th through the P10 iTax return.
