Overview
Once a Training Course has been added, it can be scheduled from the Company Training Courses Screen to allow delegates to enrol.

Navigation Path
Navigate > Config > Human Resources > Upskilling >Training Courses
Details
Select the History Grid of the Training Schedule. Click on Schedule
Select add new schedule.

Once an employee has been enrolled to a scheduled course, the upcoming training will reflect on the Employee Training Record Screen.
Navigate > Employee > Skills > Training Records.

Since all employees have access to the Training Calendar Screen through their ESS Profiles, the HR Administrator notifies all employees that they can enrol themselves if interested in attending the course.
The option to enrol from the Training Calendar Screen can be deactivated.
Navigate > Basic Settings > Company Settings > General Settings
Adding a Training Course on Employee Level
Besides allowing employees to enrol to scheduled Training Courses, you can also add a Training Course directly on the Employee Training Record Screen.
Navigate > Employee > Skills > Training Records.
To add a training record, select the + Record option.
