How to correct e@syFile™ error: Employee Home Tel No (3135) minimum length requirement not met (9/10)
This error indicates that the employee's home telephone number does not meet the minimum length requirements specified in the SARS BRS document (i.e. the employee's home number is less than 10 digits long).
To clear this error, verify that the “Home Number” has
been correctly captured on the Contact Details tab on the Basic Profile screen according to the above requirements.
Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile > Contact Details
System Enhancement! The system now has an error message that prevents you from saving an employee's Basic Profile screen if their Home Number is less than 10 digits.
