Alert
This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions

A recovery rule can only be linked to Deduction components.

You can define how a deduction component should be recovered if an employee has insufficient earnings to absorb the affected deduction. The following recovery options are available:

Navigate > Config > Payroll > Payroll Config > Payroll Components > Deductions > extra options

Do not recover - The system will not deduct the specified recovery value.
Take All and add negative deduction -  The system will deduct the specified value and add a negative deduction.
Take All or Nothing - The system will see if there is enough earnings to deduct. If there are insufficient funds then no deduction will take place.
Take as much as possible - The system will only deduct the specified recovery amount up until the Net Pay is zero.
