How do I use the Company Search feature?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions

The Company Search feature is used to navigate companies within a group that a company level user has been granted access to.

There are two navigation paths to access the Company Search screen.

      Navigation Path 1: The "Change Company" icon (building icon) on the Title Bar.

            

      Navigation Path 2: Click on the new "Change Company" icon (reversed arrows) against the company name on the Location menu.

      A list of all companies within the group will appear.

            

            

Company level users have to use this icon to change between companies. Users will only see the big Company Search screen as a landing page when logging into the system. The "Change Company " icon will not be visible on the Title bar.

      

      

Business Partners can will use this icon to navigate between companies belonging to the same group. Together with the above mentioned change, the "Add Company" button has also been added to the Configuration screen. Company users will make use of this to add companies
