How do I submit a leave application on behalf of another employee while they are out of office?

This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.

To submit a leave application on behalf of another employee who has been elected to act on behalf of, the employee needs to be logged in to Employee Self Service.

To access the employee on who the employee needs to act on behalf of, select the teams access icon.



The Teams Access Icon will display the following.



Upon accessing employees 005's profile, the employees public Profile will display and the nominated employee will be able to apply for leave and claims on the other employees behalf.

Note! 
  1. The nominated employee will only have permission to access the profile of the other employee, not the other employee’s sub-ordinates. 
  2. The access permissions that will be applicable when accessing the on behalf of functionality will be based off of the MSS Security Role.
