How do I set up an advance component?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions

The Advance component has to be configured on company level, before it can be linked to an employee.

Step 1: Search for and create the Advance component.

      Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Payroll Components

      
      

      

Step 2: Add the component to the Deductions section on the employee's Edit Payslip screen. 

      Navigate > Employee > Payroll Processing > Edit Payslip > Deductions
