How do I resolve the error: "This record cannot be modified as it was created in a run that is now closed" when trying to edit an employee record?

This freature is available on all PaySpace editions.

The error "This record cannot be modified as it was created in a run that is now closed" will display if a user does not have permission to edit historical records and tries to edit a record on any screen created in a run that is now closed.

      

To resolve the error, enable the "Edit historical records:" checkbox on the affected user's User Profiles screen.

      Navigate > Configuration > Security > User Profiles > Other
