How do I resolve the error "This Leave Type has not been configured on company level, please ask your HR Administrator for assistance" when employees are cancelling leave?

The error message will display if an employee has been linked to a new leave scheme and is trying to cancel a leave application that is linked to their previous leave scheme.

      

Verify if the employee's new leave scheme has been configured as per the old leave scheme

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Scheme Parameters

      

If the company utilizes Leave Bucket Mapping, check that all the relevant leave types from the old leave scheme have been mapped to the new leave scheme before linking the employee to the new leave scheme.

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Bucket Mapping

      
      
If the relevant leave bucket has not been set up, you will need to set it up and then proceed to make the necessary leave adjustments.
