How do I resolve error: "This record cannot be modified as it was created in a run that is now closed" when trying to edit an employee record?
The error "This record cannot be modified as it was created in a run that is now closed" will display if a user does not have permission to edit historical records and tries to edit a record on any screen created in a run that is now closed.
To resolve the error, enable the "Edit historical records" checkbox on the affected user's User Profiles screen.
