How do I remove the draft watermark on an IRP5?

How do I remove the draft watermark on an IRP5?

To remove the "DRAFT" watermark from an employee's IRP5, delete and regenerate the Live CSV File on the Tax Certificate Run screen. This should only be done if the Live File has not been submitted.

Navigate > Reports > Tax Certificate Run

Note! Downloading an employee's historical IRP5 (e.g. 2019/2020 tax year) will result in a technical error as per system design. To resolve this, retrieve the IRP65 from e-Filing as it would not have the "DRAFT" watermark since it is their final tax certificate.
