How do I reactivate an inactive (blocked) user account?
This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.
To reactivate a blocked user profile, change the status of the user's security profile from "inactive" to "active".
Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > User Profiles
To edit the "inactive" status of the selected user profile, click on the edit icon
Alternatively, company level user can reactivate inactive profiles on the Activate Users screen.
Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > Activate Users
Thereafter, the user can log in using their password if they can remember it or they can prompt a password reset.
Important!
This applies to company- and employee-level users.
