How do I process an arbitration award?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.
An arbitration award is a decision rendered by an arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators in a dispute resolution process known as arbitration. Arbitration is an alternative method of resolving conflicts outside of traditional court litigation.
The Arbitration award component has to be configured on company level before it can be linked to an employee/s.
Step 1: Add the component "Arbitration Award" and save the component.
Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Payroll Components
Step 2: Add the component to the employee's Lump Sum Directive screen under the Other Action button on their Edit Payslip screen.
Navigate > Employee > Payroll Processing > Edit Payslip > Other Actions > Lump Sum Directive
