How do I prevent the system from processing any payroll data for terminated employees?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.

The system can be configured to stop processing payroll data for terminated employees either immediately or up to two months after their termination date.

  1. To stop processing up to two or more months after termination, enable the first setting.
  2. To stop processing immediately after termination, enable the second setting.

      Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Calculation Settings > General Calculations
