How do I mark a Recurring Payroll component as a Part of Package?

A component can be made a part of an employee's package amount by enabling the "allow to be part of package" check box on company level or enable the"In package" checkbox when editing it on the Recurring Payroll Components screen.

      Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Payroll Components

      

Once you add the component select the box to mark the component as "in package"  to include it as a part of package.

      Navigate > Employee > Payroll Processing > Recurring Payroll Components

      

The component will be marked with an asterisk to show that is a part of package.
