How do I import a CSV tax file into e@syFile™ Employer?
Use the steps below to import your tax file into e@syFile™ Employer. Note! They can be used when importing the Test and Live CSV Files into e@syFile™ Employer.
Step 1: Log into e@syFile™ Employer and confirm that you are on the latest version.
Step 2: Select the database you would like to import the file.
Step 3: Navigate > Import > Import/Export Payroll File.
Step 4: Click on
Import Payroll File.
You will
receive the following message. Select "Ok".
Step 5: Select the
file on your local drive and click open.
You will
receive the following message. Select "Ok".
Step 6: Your file will be validated, and once it's finished, you will receive the following message. Select "Ok".
Step 7: Once the file has imported,
you will receive a message to say it was successful.
