How do I generate final tax certificates for terminated employees during the Annual submission?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace editions

     Navigate > Reports > Tax Certificate Run

Step 1: Select the "create final tax certifcate numbers for terminated employees" option from the "what would you like to do" dropdown.
Step 2: Choose the appropriate tax year from the dropdown menu "which tax year would you like to create tax certificates for in this frequency?"
Step 3: Select the "Create Certificates" button.

Step 4: Navigate to the applicable employee's Tax Certificates/Historical Drill Down screen to download the Tax Certificate.

Important
Once the final tax certificate number is created for terminated employees, and a resubmission file is generated, the final tax certificate number will stay the same.
