How do I ensure selected business partner- or company level users receive PaySpace communication emails?
To ensure that selected business partner or company level users receive PaySpace communication emails (e.g. Newsletters), select "Payroll Contact" from the dropdown list in the Contact Type field on the User Profiles screen.
Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > User Profiles
