This feature is available on the Premier and Master edition
Termination notifications allow customers to create termination notifications for a specific organisation unit, which will result in recipients receiving notifications generated by the system when an employee leaves a company. Once created, system-generated emails will be sent when an employee resigns from a company.
The notification email will not be sent automatically. Customers will be prompted if the notification email should be sent when terminating an employee.
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Organisation Structure > Onboarding / Termination Notification
Step 1: Select the relevant organisation unit to modify its onboarding or termination notifications.
Step 2: Select the Process Type as Termination.
Step 3: Specify how many recipients you want to notify for the selected org. unit and select create.
Step 4: Specify the notification to be sent out.
Step 5: Specify who you want to send the onboarding notification to and save your changes.
