How do I create scale definitions and scale options?
This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.
The Scale Definition screen allows the user to define a name for the rating scale that will be applied. One option exists to access the Scale Definition screen
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Performance Management > Scale Definitions
Once the rating scale has been added, the user can define the various options available in the rating scale on the Scale Options Screen. One option exists to access the Scale Options Screen
