How do I create Incident Types?

This feature is available on Premier and Master editions

Incident Types can be created on company level prior to attaching them to employee records.

      Navigate > Config > Basic Settings > Dropdown Management > Other Dropdowns > Incident Types

      

Click on the "+" icon.



Advise an Incident Type name.


Click on the Save icon to save the changes.
