How do I create an organization level?
The first step to setting up an organization's hierarchy is to define the required number of levels (e.g., Company, Department, and Cost Center) on the Organization Hierarchy Levels screen.

Configuration > Human Resources > Organizational Structure > Organization Hierarchy Levels
Important:- A multi-level organizational structure is available only in the Premier and Master editions.
- A single-level organizational structure is available in the Lite edition.
