This error indicates an issue with the employee's tax reference number being either missing or entered incorrectly.

To clear this error, confirm that the Tax Reference Number is entered correctly according to the document/proof from the employee.

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Tax Profile > Tax

      

If you have completed this via the ITREG or E-Filing procedure, double check on E-Filing that the Tax Reference Number provided is correct.
