How do I copy payroll components to companies within the group?

This feature is available on Premier and Master editions

Payroll components can be copied between companies within the same group on the Copy Payroll Components screen.

      Navigate > Config > Payroll > Payroll Config > Copy Payroll Components

Step 1: Select the relevant components to be copied.

Step 2:  Select the company to copy the component/s over to.

Step 3: Select the update button.

      

Step 4: The system will display the following message once successfully copied over.

      

Important

Components may only be copied from one company to another if they are part of a group of companies. Prior to the components being copied over, the company has to be added onto the system.  If components have to be copied from separate entities, contact consulting@payspace.com for further assistance.
