How do I copy payroll components between frequencies?

This feature is available on Premier and Master editions

Payroll components can be copied between frequencies within a company on the Copy Payroll Components screen.

      Navigate > Config > Payroll > Payroll Config > Copy Payroll Components

Step 1: Select the relevant components to be copied.

Step 2: Select the frequency to copy the component/s over to.

Step 3: Select the update button.

      

Step 4: The system will display the following message once successfully copied over.

      

Important

Components that contain java script calculations and income bases will display the following validation message.

      

The validation errors link will open an excel sheet explaining why the components could not be copied over.
