How do I configure the employee leave entitlement feature?
This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.
This feature provides users the flexibility to configure leave entitlement on employee level without having to create multiple leave schemes on company level for several types of leave entitlement.
It is driven by the "employee defined" checkbox under the entitlement setting on the Leave Scheme Parameters screen.
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Scheme Parameters
The following screenshots are examples of two leave types configured with this feature.
Annual Leave
Special Leave
When enabled users can specify the leave entitlement (accrual) for a leave bucket per employee.
Navigate > Employee > Leave > Setup
These entitlement will accrue on the employee's Leave Balances screen as specified on the Leave Scheme Parameters screen.
