How do I configure the default hours per day and days per month that employee's will work?
The default hours per day and days per month can be configured on the Pay Frequency screen.
Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Pay Frequencies > Default pay rate
It applies the inserted values to all employees' Pay Rate Details screens to calculate their rates, which can also be edited.
