How do I clear my internet browser's cookies and cache?
Clearing your cookies and cache depends on the browser you're using. Below are general instructions for each browser:
Google Chrome:
- Open Chrome and click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select "Settings."
- Scroll down and click on "Privacy and security" in the left sidebar.
- Under "Privacy and security," select "Clear browsing data."
- Choose the time range (you can select "All time" to clear everything).
- Check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
