How do I assign qualifications on an employee record?

Qualifications earned by employees must be added to the Qualifications screen before they can be linked to the employee record. They can be defined on an employee record in the Qualifications screen. However, you must create qualifications at the company level before doing so.

Step 1: Create qualifications at the company level.

Navigate > Setup > Human Resources > Qualification > Qualifications




Step 2: Select the "+" button to link a skill on the Employee Skills screen.

Navigate to Skills > Skills > Employee Skills
