How do I access a company's invoices?

A company's billing and payment transaction history can be viewed on the Invoice and Receipts screen.

Transaction history will display for every month the company has been registered on the system. All fees payable for companies and frequencies registered on a profile will reflect in one invoice, which can be downloaded.

      Navigate > Configuration > Financial > Financial > Invoice and Receipts

      

Access to the Invoices and Receipts screen can be given when editing the "Company" menu branch on the security role to which the business partner - or company level user is linked.

      Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > Security Roles > Add/Edit/View permissions

      

      

If a company linked to a Business Partner, company level users will not have access to their financial information.
