How can I verify that the Tax amount shown on my Payslip has been calculated correctly?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions

South Africa's preferred method for calculating PAYE liability is the Average/Cumulative Tax Method, which is based on Year-To-Date (YTD) earnings. 

To confirm that the tax paid on a payslip is correct, a breakdown of the tax calculation can be viewed and downloaded in PDF Format on the Other Actions button in the top right-hand corner on the Edit Payslip screen. 

      Navigate > Employee > Payroll Processing > Edit Payslip > Other Actions > View > Tax Breakdown
