How can employees register for Pacey?

The Pacey module is only available on the Premier and Master payroll editions of PaySpace.

Employees can register for Pacey using their national ID or Passport number, if the employee is in one of the African countries where the ID number field is not present, the Social Security number should be used, if the employee does not have an ID or Social Security number they need to register with their Work Permit number.

The Employees Details for registration purposes need to be captured on the employee's Tax Profile screen.

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Tax Profile

      

      

The employees need to register with the cellphone number captured on their Contact Details tab on their Basic Profile screen.

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile > Contact Details 

      

Upon initiating a conversation with Pacey saying "Hi" the employee will be prompted to agree to the Pacey Security Terms and Conditions.

      

After accepting the Security Terms, the employee will be prompted to enter their national ID number or Passport number, if the employee does not have a password number or Social Security number they will need to enter their Work Permit number in order for Pacey to authenticate the User.

      

Once the employee has been validated and registered the employee can continue to engage with Pacey to process their requests.
