How can an old Pacey profile, created in a previous company, be removed for an employee to utilise Pacey in their current company?
If an employee had previously registered for Pacey with a different company and is trying to register for Pacey within the current company they will receive an error as per the below.
"Sorry! We have detected multiple records with the same cell phone and ID/Passport number. Please contact your payroll administrator to deactivate or remove your cell number from one of the records, then try again."
