How can an employee deregister their email address from ESS?

The “Deregister” option is available to employees on the login screen (www.payspace.com), which allows ESS users to deregister their email address.

Examples:
  1. In instances where an employee is required to register for Employee Self Service (ESS) with their new employer, ESS users can deregister their email address from their previous employer.
  2. Email Addresses that have been incorrectly captured can also be deregistered.
On the login page, an option to “Deregister” is shown where ESS users can initiate the deregistration process. 

      

 An email with further instructions to complete the deregistration will be sent to the ESS user’s inbox to finalise this process.
