Guinea Conakry | Finance Law 2025

Guinea Conakry has published the Finance Law for 2025, Law No. L/2024/023/CNT.

A decree broadcast on national television on 3 January 2025 confirmed that President Mamadi Doumbouya officially signed the law on 31 December 2024. The law sets out the government's financial plans for the year, including budgeting, taxes, and public spending.

There will be no changes to the payroll regulations for the 2025 tax year, and the current rules will remain in effect.
