Decree No. 0509/PR, of December 30, 2024, has been published in The Official Gabonese Journal, promulgating Law No. 033/2024 which outlines the resources and expenses of the State and tax policy changes for the fiscal year 2025.
There will be no changes to payroll regulations for the 2025 tax year; therefore, the existing rules will remain in effect.
